I started out babysitting — and quickly realised I wanted to make a real career of working with children, so I studied for my first childcare qualification. It changed the course of my life.

Over the past 10 years I've worked with children, young people and young adults across the early years field. I set up Learning with Nicole because I'm passionate about helping each learner find a way of studying that genuinely suits them — learner-centred, inclusive and approachable — so they gain both the qualifications and the confidence to build their own careers in childcare.

Too many learners tell us the same story — passed between assessors, waiting weeks for feedback, chasing replies that never come. Here's what's different with us.

You're matched with one dedicated, named assessor for your whole course — Nicole or another member of her team. Whoever it is, they're dually qualified: an early-years specialist who understands your setting, and a vocational assessor licensed to deliver and sign off your qualification. The same person guides your learning, observes you in practice, and signs you off — from day one to your certificate.
